I got no message at my phone. What is going on?

Pix message and SMS message may take a few minutes to arrive. Your carrier's network may be busy at the time.

Go to Control Panel, make sure your phone number and carrier information is correct.

For Sprint users, you probably have a block on text messages from short code: 44636  It's still a normal text message, no extra charge for you. Call Sprint, take out the block of messaging from short code.

For Verizon wireless users and T-Mobile or AT&T/Cingular picture message users, your carrier or your phone may drop large files. You may not receive your message for files larger than 100KB. The size limitation varies with phones and carriers.

Please contact Customer Support for further assistances. To help us assist you, please provide as detailed information as possible.

I can download the song, but I can't set it as a ringtone on my phone. What's wrong?

For some latest phones from Verizon, Verizon disabled the ability to use downloaded songs as ringtones. If you have one of these phones, sorry, you're out of luck with mp3 ringtones until your carrier changes their policy. However, some of the phones such as VX8300 support video ringer as ringtone. We suggest that you try a video ringer on your phone.

Due to DM protection, some phones such as Nokia 6133 or Samsung T519 disabled the ability to use mp3 as ringtones. However, these phones support video ringer as ringtone. Use video ringer instead.

Some phones such as Sidekick are blocked from downloading from 3rd party sites by your carrier. Be sure to check our phone database for Capabilities.

I need help sending stuff to Verizon phones.

Verizon disabled all phones from WAP downloading, so the only ways to send stuff to Verizon phones are picture messaging or blueTooth. Following are 4 steps to send stuff to Verizon phones through picture messaging:
(1) Download the ringtone to your PC. To get ringtone from our site to your pc, click "Send To Phone", then "PC Download" link.
(2) Rename the ringtone file with extension midi. For example, rename xyz.mps to xyz.midi
(3) Send an email to PhoneNumber@vzwpix.com, for example 8005551234@vzwpix.com
(4) Attach the midi file in the email. You can attach multiple items in one email as long as the email can pass Verizon MMS gateway (300kb limit).

It takes a while to receive the message. If there is problem, make sure that you have a camera phone with PIX messageing enabled at Verizon. Sometimes, re-program your phone will help. To re-program your phone, dial *228, then select option 1. It takes about 1 minute. If you still have problem receiving the email, contact Verizon Wireless.
